Something seldom found,
Something very rare,
This world is now,
Bereft love and care.
There's no pardon for sins,
Or mercy on the poor,
With a bag full of stolen property,
People go on a tour.
Their share they never got,
They've got tired of protesting,
They have been struck by poverty,
While the rich are enjoying.
The old are abandoned,
Into age - care,
They don't complain much,
But dear, that's unfair.
They've brought you up,
With efforts and sacrifice,
Why don't you let them,
Receive the respect and ignore differences that arise?
Love all you have,
Care for their worth,
Once you've lost them,
You will realise their dearth.
Realise before it's too late,
The clock is ticking,
Have some mercy and be thankful,
Those are the best qualities one can ever bring.
