Be like a baby

Have you ever noticed,
The smile on a baby's face,
While he is asleep?

So free,
No worries or stress,
Thoughts running deep.

He absorbs all that you teach,
He creates his own vocabulary,
He isn't afraid of anything.

His hands touch every object,
He doesn't bother what people think,
He just keeps exploring.

His mind opens up,
To new things every day,
He is innocent and naive.

He looks at the world,
Which is actually cruel,
But to him, it seems it's easy here to survive.

He smiles at every passer-by,
Fearless and jolly,
He teaches you to be calm.

When you stroke his hands,
He gets tickled,
And holds your finger in his palm.

Parents are his world,
He can face everything,
Until their support is present.

He gets whatever he wants,
He fights for his needs,
Be like a baby, and face life without anybody's consent.
